In addition to working on mechanical projects on my racing go kart, I also worked at BestBuy as a Sales Associate in the Computer and Digital Imaging departments. Running has always been a passion of mine that I enjoy very much. I ran in the 400m and the 4x400 Relay events in high school & college. To keep myself in shape, I work out regularly at a local gym.

Volunteer

  •  I volunteered for the City of West Haven by conducting a three month long survey, locating catch basins for storm water runoff. The data I collected was used to help fix the severe storm water drainage problem the City of West Haven has.

Summer Internship

  • I completed a 300 hour internship at the Suffolk County Water Authority on Long Island, as a Distribution Engineer where I conducted several flow, pressure and head loss tests on different fire hydrants in the field. I was also responsible for monitoring and analyzing the water distribution map to determine possible future main burst.

  • During the Summer's, I also worked for a local home improvement company where I held the position of Lead Site Manager. For this position, I was responsible for a small crew of 4 to 5 people, instructing them in completing the job in the most efficient and safe way possible.
